Tulip
Sniffers FC had suffered three narrow defeats
going into this game and were still searching
for their first points of the tournament. Despite
those losses, they had shown plenty of fight and
looked to be edging closer to a result. Their
opponents, Chamakh Your Pitch Up, had recently
picked up their first point following a goalless
draw with Blue Balls FC and were hoping to build
on that momentum by registering a first victory.
The
first half offered little to separate the sides,
with both defences on top in a tightly contested
opening period. Tulip Sniffers continued to show
commitment and energy, while Chamakh Your Pitch
Up remained patient, looking for the breakthrough.
At the break, it remained 0-0, and both teams
still had everything to play for.
After
the restart, Chamakh Your Pitch Up found their
shooting boots. Having gone over two and a half
games without a goal, they opened the floodgates
in style. Tom Harris broke the deadlock before
Alex MacDonald added a second. Ben Morgan then
rounded off the scoring to give the team their
most complete performance of the tournament so
far.
The
3-0 win lifted Chamakh Your Pitch Up up the Group
B standings and, crucially, put them right back
in the mix for Plate qualification. For Tulip
Sniffers FC, it was another tough result to take
after a competitive first half, but their effort
and spirit remained evident. They'll hope to turn
performances into points in their remaining fixtures.

FC
Dosko entered this fixture on a high, having
just swept aside Salter's Assaulters 3-0 in
their previous match. That result propelled
the Dutch side into second place in the Group
B standings, and they now had a chance to go
joint top alongside FC NoeNoe with another victory.
Standing in their way were Blue Balls FC – a
side who had shown flashes of promise with a
win, a draw, and a narrow loss so far. A positive
result here would strengthen their Plate qualification
hopes.
The
game began at a lively pace and produced an
action-packed first half. FC Dosko struck first
through the in-form Florin Gradinariu, only
for Blue Balls FC to hit back shortly after
with an equaliser from Lucas Benge – his third
goal of the tournament. However, parity didn't
last long. Gradinariu was at it again, restoring
the Dutch team's lead with his second of the
game before half-time. The two sides went into
the break with the score at 2-1.
In
the second half, FC Dosko controlled proceedings
more effectively, limiting Blue Balls FC's chances
and managing the game well. They extended their
advantage thanks to Sebi Cazacu's composed finish,
giving them a two-goal cushion. The 3-1 scoreline
ultimately proved enough, with FC Dosko seeing
out the remainder of the match.
The
victory saw FC Dosko draw level on points with
FC NoeNoe at the top of Group B, a remarkable
turnaround after their opening defeat. For Blue
Balls FC, it was a setback that left them mid-table,
still in the hunt for Plate qualification but
needing a strong finish to secure it. With just
one group game to go, the stakes were rising
fast.

Salter's
Assaulters came into this match after a strong
start with two wins, but they faced their first
defeat here. Their challenge was made even tougher
as they went up against FC NoeNoe, who boasted
a perfect record with three wins from three games
and were looking to regain their sole lead at
the top of Group B. Early on, FC NoeNoe made their
intentions clear when Ehssan Aziz fired them into
a 1-0 lead by halftime.
In
the second half, Salter's Assaulters fought back
valiantly, with Nathan Salter netting his third
goal of the tournament to level the score at 1-1.
The game was finely poised, and it seemed the
English side could be on course for a very valuable
point considering the strength of the opposition.
However, FC NoeNoe showed why they were one of
the tournament favourites, responding quickly
and decisively.
The
champions turned on the class with goals from
Haroun Kamarkhel, Shakir Latifi, and Munib ur
Rahman, pulling away to seal a convincing 4-1
victory. Their ability to respond to pressure
underscored their strength and experience in the
competition. This result allowed FC NoeNoe to
open up a three-point lead at the top of the group,
while Salter's Assaulters had to settle for second
place for now. The match reinforced FC NoeNoe's
status as the team to beat in Group B as the tournament
progressed.
