With both teams languishing in the bottom two positions going into the fixture, the stakes were high, and it was the Dutch side who rose to the occasion. Pienik struck again for Hobbema's to make it 4-2, but Bouva capped off a memorable individual performance with his fourth goal of the game, sealing a 5-2 triumph. It was a five-star display from Sambal Jorra FC, who finally got the reward their attacking play had been threatening. For Hobbema's, it was another frustrating outing, and they will now need a strong response in the remaining group matches to stay in contention.
