The 2025 eurofootballfives.com tournament season kicked off in the stunning city of Porto. Porto became our third destination in Portugal and 17th in Europe in October 2024 and we had so much fun that we booked the destination to start our 2025 schedule. A great city, a great venue and a terrific atmosphere meant this tournament was yet another huge success.

It was FC Poloboc who claimed their third title on the bounce as they became the most successful veterans team in our history. It was another great win but they had to work hard for it against 2x time champions FC Mahou in the Semi-Final and a spirited Juventude Desportivo Gaia in the Cup Final.

In the Plate competition there was success for Missing Magpies - they claimed their first European silverware after a long career in our events (all previously at Open Age) as they made a successful step up to the Veterans category. They had a 67% win record on the day as they defeated FC Tpaktop B in the Plate Final.

Personal honours went to Daniel Videira of Juventude Desportivo Gaia who was the top scorer with an impressive haul of 9 goals. Well done to him.
