The fourth round of Group B commenced with a highly anticipated match between Fog Lane Albion and The Shepherd's Arms. With both teams in contention for qualification and sitting closely in the table, the stage was set for an intense battle.

The first half proved to be a closely contested affair, with both teams evenly matched and determined to gain the upper hand. Despite their best efforts, neither team managed to break the deadlock, and the score remained 0-0 heading into the half-time break.

As the second half kicked off, The Shepherd's Arms forged ahead with a Tomos Reed goal affording his team a valuable lead and igniting the hopes of another Welsh win. However, Fog Lane Albion responded with resilience and determination. They pushed forward in search of an equalizer and it was Matt Bates who stepped up to the occasion, finding the back of the net to level the score at 1-1.

Both teams fought hard in the remaining minutes, looking to secure a crucial victory. However, neither side could find the winning goal, and the match concluded with a 1-1 draw. The Shepherd's Arms maintained their unbeaten record, while Fog Lane Albion's determined performance allowed them to secure a valuable point.

 
 
 

In the next game of Round 4 in Group B, table-toppers Summerhouse faced off against E Block Europe, who were sitting in fourth position. Summerhouse entered the match with a perfect 100% record.

The first half saw Summerhouse take the lead as Mika put his team in front. The goal gave Summerhouse an early advantage, and they headed into half-time with a 1-0 lead.

As the second half unfolded, the game intensified with both teams eager to gain control. E Block Europe managed to find an equalizer through Oscar Johnson, bringing the score to 1-1 and igniting hope for their supporters.

However, Summerhouse quickly regained their composure and mounted a relentless attacking onslaught. Mika once again demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess, restoring Summerhouse's lead and making it 2-1. Their dominance continued as Wilner Leijgraaff extended the lead to 3-1. Summerhouse continued their goal-scoring spree, with Mika completing his hat-trick and Leijgraaff struck again to make it 5-1.

The result showcased Summerhouse's formidable attacking capabilities. Summerhouse maintained their perfect record and consolidated their position at the top of Group B.

 
 
 

In the final game of Round 4, FC Maroon faced Scunthadam in a crucial match for both teams. FC Maroon, eager to bounce back from their previous heavy defeat, sought a vital victory to enhance their chances of qualifying for the knockout phase. Meanwhile, Scunthadam, struggling at the bottom of the table, aimed to turn their fortunes around.

The first half started positively for FC Maroon as they quickly took control of the game. Max Hill opened the scoring, providing his team with an early lead. Robbie Todd extended FC Maroon's advantage to make it 2-0 before Lewis Worrall-Thompson further piled on the pressure for Scunthadam, making it 3-0 before the halftime whistle.

The second half saw FC Maroon continue their dominance and attacking prowess. Ed Cotter added to their lead, making it 4-0 and firmly cementing FC Maroon's control of the match. Robbie Todd, in a moment of amusement, managed to steal a goal from Max Hill, much to the delight of everyone involved, extending the scoreline to 5-0.

Not content with their five-goal lead, FC Maroon continued their relentless assault on the Scunthadam defense. Phil Hodgson joined the scoring spree, securing a comprehensive 6-0 victory for his team.

The result propelled FC Maroon to fourth place in the group table, significantly boosting their chances of qualifying for the knockout phase. Scunthadam, however, now knew their involvement in the tournament would end after the group phase.
