Whilst
Valencia versus Barcelona was 0-0 in the evening
La Liga fixture, the 17th october saw 127 goals
at the 2009 Valencia Fives.
With an exciting new format launched for the event
it was 9 Nana Budds who were crowned overall champions.
The CSF picked up an incredible 3rd Plate title
of the year after success in the Algarve and Amsterdam.
There was also individual success for MP Matthews
of Spanish team Shabbier as he finished the tournament's
top goalscorer with an impressive 14 goals.
Former Premier League referee Graham Barber handed
out the silverware to bring down the curtain on
a fantastic day of football. |
