walkover wins in Group B for Crazy Waiters withdrawal.
The reason the groups were treated differently
is that Irish Mbassy withdrew the night before
the tournament so we were able to re-arrange.
Crazy Waiters withdrawal only came after two games
had already been played so we had to improvise.
