Two of the three teams at the top met in direct competition at the start of Round 3 as FCB Dunkles met Azmot. The Dunkles squad had won their first two games 1-0 but would not achieve this again once Wojtek Banas scored his fourth of the day to put Azmot 1-0 up at the break. The goal spoiled Toby Smith's chances of an impressive third straight clean sheet.

After the interval Banas found his way to goal for the 5 th time in the tournament and Azmot, with a goal in each half, rounded off a 2-0 victory to maintain a 100% record and top the table with 9 points. They were emerging as the main contenders for the 2010 Krakow Cup.

Over Crusaders II were looking to join Azmot at the summit of the group table. The team who stood in their way was Sherwood Forest . Forest had suffered defeat in their previous game but gave themselves a great chance of getting back to winning ways when Ben Bacon fired them into the lead.

Over Crusaders II were behind for the first time in the day and had to respond to maintain their position at the top of the group. Ian Beerman made that doubly difficult for them when he made it 2-0 in the second half. Beerman then went on to bag a brace and complete the scoring in a fine 3-0 victory. The win shot them back up the table and showed just how competitive this tournament was. Both teams were now on 6 points and well placed to qualify for the Cup.

FCB Helles and Over Crusaders both found themselves in the bottom half of the table needing a win to enhance their claims for the 2010 Krakow Cup. The game was as competitive as many of the others in this tournament and for the third game in a row FCB Helles goalkeeper Van Den Broek kept a first half clean sheet as FCB Helles turned round at the break 0-0 again.

So far, FCB Helles had been unable to turn solid starts in games into points but things looked a lot brighter for them when Martin Hunt scored FCB Helles' first goal of the day late on. There was still a chance for Over Crusaders to get back into it and it relied on a great save by Van Den Broek late on to deny Gareth Willmer the chance to equalize. The save preserved the clean sheet and provided the win that was just what FCB Helles needed. It was tough on Over Crusaders who were arguably deserving of a draw in this game.

The final match of Round 3 was a Poland versus Poland contest. Both Hutnik and Spasowskiego were looking for their first win of the day which was particularly surprising for Hutnik. They looked like making amends in this game though as they struck first through Piotr Wojcek.

In the second half they ran away from their opponents a little as Andrej Gorski made it 2-0 before an own goal made it 3-0. Spasowskiego were in real trouble at the foot of the table without a goal, a point and shipping 10 goals in the process. Things were looking brighter for Hutnik and the victory gave them a lifeline. Could this win be the kickstart to their campaign.
