Veterans teams are classified as those teams aged 35+. Each squad is permitted two players aged 30-34 within their squad.

The eurofootballfives Veterans Tournament is a moveable feast with the veritable delights of Lisbon (2013, 2016, 2022), Mallorca (2014, 2017, 2023), the Algarve (2015, 2018) and Alicante (2019). Due to popular demand the next edition of the tournament will return to Mallorca in May 2024.

Feedback from teams often states that you like playing your football in the sun with plenty of beach action on non-tournament days and plenty of nightlife on tap to party the rest of your tour away. Mallorca has it all in abundance and we can offer a tournament hotel yards from the beach and with a stunning pool of it's own.

In terms of nightlife, you are a short walk to the centres of Magaluf and to Palma Nova. Enjoy both centres over the course of your tour - with the sun, football and beer...just try and remember what a great time you had.

Duktil Balear won the title in 2023 seeing off the challenge of teams from CIS, England, France, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Scotland, Spain and Wales. Can you put your name on the Cup in 2024?

Mallorca Veterans, 5-a-side Football Tournament Tour Details

Rules:	Standard FIFA 11-a-side rules but no-offsides, rolling subs and goalkeepers can not kick from the hand.

Format: 2 groups of 6 teams will play in the group stages. The top two teams progress to the Cup which will then be played on a knockout basis. The teams placed third and fourth will progress to the Plate which will also be played on a knockout basis.

* Female players are permitted but it is not a mixed tournament per se. Female players will likely play against all male teams.
