Location:

The Hotel Alfamar is situated on the cliffs overlooking Praia de Falasia beach. Access to the beach is via the well manicured hotel gardens on a path with a small gentle incline. The property is situated mid-way between Albufeira and Vilamoura giving you a great choice of options for your nights out on the town. This also gives you the chance to experience both town's nightlife during your stay.

Services:

The Alfamar hotel features the following all free of charge - outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, parasols and loungers by the pool, volleyball, basketball, badminton and table tennis. For a charge there is also indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness centre, snooker and parasols and loungers on the beach. The hotel also features 5 bars and restaurants.

Our Opinion:

This is a great hotel for those that wish to explore both Vilamoura and Albufeira during their stay in the Algarve. This is also the venue for the tournament and as such means you can have a lie-in on the day of the tournament as you do not have to be up ready for a coach transfer. This also gives you access to your hotel room throughout the tournament. The sauna and jacuzzi are also a welcome bonus to soothe aching limbs and sweat out a hangover!
